REFUNDS
 
All refunds must be postmarked within 7 days of the project commencement date.
 
Refunds
 
You will be eligible for refunds only if the project requirements mentioned in the scope of work/invoice are not taken care of or if we are not able to cater to your requirement within the first seven days from when the project has started.


Refund Process
 
Customers has to provide us with screenshot of where the project has failed and strong reasons for us to do the due-dilligence and process refunds.The refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
